# 1004 Quality Assurance Oversight

1004.1 The CEQ Provider shall be responsible for providing quality assurance of Energy Smart Contractors and Teams in accordance with the requirements set forth in [Chapter 9](https://standards.resnet.us/docs/901-general-provisions).
