The construction of the Minimum Rated Features for which Sampling will be applied shall be the responsibility of one builder or developer during the entire time of construction. Sampling Verifications shall be the responsibility of a Rater under the guidance of a Sampling Provider and may only be applied to any projects within the same Community.
